Internal reorganization of International Health Insurance and the BUPA Group.

As part of the internal reorganisation within the BUPA group in Denmark it is planned to transfer all assets and liabilities of International Health Insurance danmark Forsiktingsaktie-selsab (“IHI”) to a newly established Danish branch of BUPA Insurance Limited (“BINS”). This is expected to take effect on 1 January 2009.

As part of the reorganisation all contracts entered into between IHI and brokers shall be assigned to BINS provided that certain conditions are fulfilled and regulatory approvals are obtained. BINS will become a party to the contracts instead of IHI. Except for the fact that BINS will become a party to the contracts , the terms and conditions of your agreement will remain the same.

IHI will therefore cease to trade as an Insurance company from 1 January 2009.

A letter has been sent to all current members requesting their approval of this reorganisation.
